四物雞是一隻可愛又堅強的癱瘓狗。 加拿大的志工願意領養四物鷄,可是我⋯⋯們一直沒能找到飛加拿大溫哥華的旅客。所以現在四物雞還在保育場儍儍的等牠的飛機。 如果你願意成為四物雞的護送天使,譲牠在你的羽翼下飛往溫哥華,請和郭小姐 chali999kuo@gmail.com 聨絡。旅客毋須負擔任何費用，所有的手續都將由協會和義工經辦完成。 謝謝!

旅客需配合協助注意事項如下：
◎請旅客儘可能在出發10天前聯絡協會聯絡人，告知您的班機日期、班機號碼及目的地。
◎需要旅客提供本人的護照影本，因為我們必須到農委會動物檢疫局辦理出境檢疫文件。
◎出境當天義工們會事先與您聯絡，並在機場與您會合辦理出境手續，您不需擔心犬貓的任何接送問題，而且狗狗的重量跟您的行李重量無關。
◎到達目的地出關時，會有當地義工在機場接機。
As a passenger, you would be taking the dogs along as check-in luggage.
- You would not be responsible for any of the fees, paperwork or legal procedures.
- You would have to contact TUAPA 10-15 days prior to departure.
- You would be required to provide photo copies of your passport; this is needed for The Bureau Animal Quarantine Committee of Agriculture.
- On the day of departure, the volunteers would contact you in advance and set up a meeting place at the airport.
- Once the animal has arrived with you at the proper destination, the other volunteers who work in accordance with TUAPA will be there to receive the doggies.
